Amber: The Patternfall War
Amber is much as Zelazny described it, with a few exceptions. The Castle is made of amber, Oberon had a son in Lorraine while waiting for Corwin, and Corwin accepted the throne. The second series never happened, but some parts (well, the Logrus) are true.
Oberon has just died, sacrificing himself to repair the Pattern which had been torn asunder when Brand spilled Martin's blood upon it. While Gerard guards Amber, the rest of the royal family has pursued Brand to Chaos, where Amber's armed forces are engaging Brand's Chaosian allies.
